3-5 Years in FM and Or security services, Graduate (MBA preferred)

Own Conveyance 2 wheeler/4 wheeler

CTC- 8 - 9 LPA

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. The successful candidate will meet our customer

acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The candidate (Mumbai/ Bengaluru based) will be responsible

for delivery and implementation of revenue growth strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

business strategy.

As a key part of the role, the candidate will be required to set up world-class systems and processes and

increase the workforce solutions branch network.

Main activities involved:

Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Following up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings, with regards to our

products (Facility management, Manned Guarding services, Outsourcing, Engineering)

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Qualifications & Required skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the FM/BFSI/Service field.

Degree holder

Excellent written and spoken English competency.

Track record in working and managing direct reportees.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Successful track record of managing within a capital and operating budget accounting framework.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
