We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead our overseas country recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, recruitment, and operations management. They will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients and partners in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in international markets
- Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Manage budget and resources to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, recruitment, or operations management
- Strong background in international recruitment and business development
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
