Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device sales and marketing.

- Proven track record of success in promoting and selling medical devices.

- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product awareness and sales.

- Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in the medical device sector.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
