Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by acquiring new clients, expanding our market presence, and enhancing our advertising sales capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of both the sports industry and technology development.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients.

Ad Sales: Leverage existing relationships and build new ones to drive advertising sales, particularly within sports-focused platforms and events.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market needs and client expectations.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate new leads.

Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and project outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong emphasis on the sports industry.

Proven track record in ad sales, preferably within digital platforms or sports media.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for sports and understanding of the industry landscape.
