Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop winning sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Present tailored proposals that highlight our service value.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, and collaborate with marketing for effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Lead contract negotiations, close deals by addressing client concerns, and highlight our value proposition.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track sales metrics and analyze data to optimize strategies and achieve better results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-15+ years in IT sales or business development, ideally in IT services.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with IT services like software development and managed services.
