Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at OCMAN REALTY located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research and analysis, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications

- Proven track record in business development
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
