Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
• should have prior work experience in digatl marketing agency or company as a BDM/BDE
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Experience in the IT or Digital Marketing industry
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation, Software Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, SEM, Content Marketing, Mobile App Development, Email Marketing, and Corporate Advertisement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
