Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Account Manager at NoBrokerHood in Bengaluru. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, fostering relationships with stakeholders, driving revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with Admins/Management Committee members, Guards, and Residents to provide tailored solutions and services.

Qualifications
  • Business Development, Account Management, and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer relationship management expertise
  • Knowledge of financial management and asset monetization
  • Ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions
  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
