Experience Requirements
- :Direct Sales & B2B Sales: Minimum of 5 years in direct sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, or enterprise sales
- .IT Infrastructure Expertise: Extensive experience with IT infrastructure products, including networking, AVBRI products, data centers, and IP telephony solutions
- .OEM Relationships: Proven track record of working with OEMs such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Gunnebo, Palo Alto, Barco, CommScope, Avaya, Microsoft, Creston, Polycom, Logitech, Plantronics, Aruba, and more

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Customer Management: Work closely with customers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products and service
- s.Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms of sales to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and client
- s.Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of networking components (both active and passive), video conferencing systems, EPBX systems, audio-visual equipment, interactive touch displays, and conference management system
- s.Unified Collaboration Solutions: Provide expertise in audio-video conferencing solutions and unified collaboration solution
- s.AV Connectivity: Have a solid grasp of AV connectivity principles, including room ambiance considerations for enterprise video and audio solution
- s.Solution Design: Hands-on experience in understanding client requirements and designing and selling solutions related to audio-visual, IoT, networking, security, routing, and other backend equipmen
- t.Client Engagement: Visit and meet potential clients in person to establish and maintain relationship
- s.Sales Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceede
