Job Description

The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of IT software solutions to new and existing clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting software solutions, and closing sales deals. The specialist will also maintain a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and its competitive advantages. This position requires 5-6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically in B2B SaaS product sales.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Experience: 5-6 years (Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
  • Present and demonstrate software products to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their business requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for potential and existing clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
  • Sales Planning and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and gather market intelligence.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
  • Proficiency in B2B SAAS software and sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
