We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager who would be responsible for approaching the potential clients such as editors and rug wholesalers.
You will be seeking out and leveraging opportunities to enhance sales and increase growth.

Job Profile:
The Business Development Manager will work across multiple independent accounts targeting preferably international markets. You will have to meet and exceed revenue objectives through set annual sales targets and achieve business goals.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you must grow the business of the allotted region and find new opportunities within the industry. You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with the accounts. The key objective is to grow the business together and strive for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Hands in an effective and influential manner as the Business Development Manager
To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide the best solution accordingly
An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware
Have a strong understanding of the assigned accounts, educating internally on both business processes and consumer dynamics
Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts where you may also have to take them out for engagement
Continually analyse customer sell-through, highlighting strengths and repeat business as well as concerns and auctioning accordingly
Be able to bring in new clients to the company and help grow the business together.
Qualifications required for The Role:
Must have worked in a position like this and helped the previous team achieve sizeable turnover.
A natural networker, who easily builds relationships and maintains them
Goal oriented, turns targets into actions and is persistent to go beyond. Turns deadlines into a healthy pressure to perform
Good negotiating, social and influencing skills
Self-starter who can work independently and in team
Excellent English with good verbal & written communication
Continually analyse customer sell-through, highlighting strengths and repeat business as well as concerns and actioning accordingly
Confident enough to travel across the entire geographic territory in International markets arranging meetings with the potential clients and bring in the business
