Roles and Responsibilities
Develop assigned sales territory for Mirasys products.
Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts
Build Customer entry and acquisition strategy for the vertical and follow up with actions
Get Mirasys Brand Approved with all consultants as well as corporates.
Create 10 large new accounts for Mirasys business per year.
Work on existing large accounts and expand them with focus on recurring revenue streams
Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently.
Ensure successful demo and training to partners as well as client.
Work very closely with stakeholders from teams such as presales, marketing, and product to achieveresults.
Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency.
Building strong Eco system partnership and effective utilization of partner network.
Target oriented personnel with zeal for closure and achieving quarterly targets.
Competitor Analysis and able to implement and execute counter strategy for client acquisition.
Acclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 10 years experience in Security or IT Industry, with VMS, Access Control, or PSIM system
Engineering Degree ( Communication, Electronics or Computer Science) and MBA / PGDBM preferably in Business, Marketing,
Excellent presentation skills
Proven sales achievement/track record
Technical Requirements:
Ability to work in a complex sales environment
Excellent communicator
Experience in the security or IT industry is a must.
Ability to maintain contacts at different levels is preferred.
Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants
Able to work in a team and must be a team player
IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be an advantage
