Position: Sales Manager: Oncology
Location: Bangalore
About the role:
As a Sales Manager, you will have to work closely with all hospitals across defined geographies to generate sales for all Oncology product portfolio that you will be managing. You will manage stakeholder relationships whether its HCP or Pharmacist or CXOs of the hospitals. You will be responsible for payment collection, driving sales and scaling up team as the business expands.
Scope and responsibilities:
- Driving sales across Hospitals (B2B/ B2C)
- Bringing newer products in the portfolio by working with OEMs Indians and MNC's
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Leading geographical expansion of the category outside bangalore
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
- Education qualification Any Degree and Masters in Sales (Preferred, not mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in Oncology, immunology/ transplant
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Willingness to travel and take up additional responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Versatile, self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, sales databases, and web applications.
- Team player to work collaboratively in a cross functional structure.
