Manager Business Development
Location: Mumbai/Delhi
Direct Reporting: General Manager Sales
Key Skills: Lead generation, PR, Effective coordination, Perseverance, Communication, Presentation skills and Positive attitude.
Job Function and Key Responsibilities
Responsible to identify and establish contact with Architects and Interior Designers in the allocated area.
Make presentation on the product and concepts offered by the company.
Ensure that required business support is made available to all professionals that the individual is dealing with.
Marketing the Brand Me Casa to so far untapped professionals for corporate, hospitality and retail business
Gather Market Intelligence in terms of opportunities and competition and compile and report the same.
Assist the Directors in their pursuit of Organizational objectives and growth.
Besides the above the incumbent must have:-
A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellent leadership skills and behaviour in order to guide team members to contribute effectively to goal achievement.
High level of orientation for achieving results.
Well-developed business skills of planning, organizing, analysis, decision making in order to create and seize opportunities to create efficiency in operations.
Passion for personal growth through performance.
Ability to travel within the city and outstation for business meetings.
