Job Title: Assistant Manager - Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify & pursue new business opportunities through various methods like Research & Networking Activities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate revenue & drive the growth of the company

• Set & pursue the Monthly Revenue Goals

• Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the existing & potential clientele to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

• Participate in industry events to represent the agency & identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the in-house creative team to curate personalized business proposals as per the client's needs & requirements

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services as well as industry trends and competitor activities

Qualification & Skills:

Well, an ideal candidate would have a natural talent for turning chaos into opportunity!

• Master in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Smart communication and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Independent thinker yet a team player
