Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Gurgaon, NCR Region

Job Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Director

Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new orders in recruitment, staffing, and NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme). The role requires deep knowledge of the Gurgaon and the NCR region's manufacturing sector and a strong network within this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the manufacturing sector across Gurgaon and NCR for recruitment, staffing, and NAPS services.
  • Order Generation: Achieve monthly targets by securing recruitment orders from manufacturing companies for various functions such as sales, purchases, accounts, and more.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs and pain points.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients to secure new business.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and staffing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, especially regarding the NAPS program.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, specifically in securing orders for recruitment, staffing, and NAPS.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly in Gurgaon and the NCR region.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Network: Established network within the manufacturing industry across Gurgaon and the NCR region.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
