This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at Kraftors Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

• Proficiency in Business Process analysis
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
