Job Description -
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team consisting of three individuals
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their
- performance and achieve targets
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Formulate comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals and
- market trends
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and competition to develop effective strategies for maximizing sales opportunities
- Gain a deep understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Implement a variety of sales techniques, such as consultative selling, relationship building, and value proposition communication, to successfully close deals
- Identify and spearhead new initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion
- Take full ownership of the results of these initiatives, ensuring their successful
- implementation and impact
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and agreements
- Effectively cross-sell and upsell services to maximize customer value and revenue
- Proactively engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach efforts.
Must Have
- Have more than 7+ years of experience in IT service sales.
- Working in International sales and have proven record of managing the team.
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced with exhibitions & Event handling is plus
- Must know about the Technologies and benefits of using it
- Must have MBA With IT, MBA, Or It Field
