  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team consisting of three individuals
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their
  • performance and achieve targets
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Formulate comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals and
  • market trends
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and competition to develop effective strategies for maximizing sales opportunities
  • Gain a deep understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Implement a variety of sales techniques, such as consultative selling, relationship building, and value proposition communication, to successfully close deals
  • Identify and spearhead new initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion
  • Take full ownership of the results of these initiatives, ensuring their successful
  • implementation and impact
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and agreements
  • Effectively cross-sell and upsell services to maximize customer value and revenue
  • Proactively engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach efforts.

Must Have

  • Have more than 7+ years of experience in IT service sales.
  • Working in International sales and have proven record of managing the team.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced with exhibitions & Event handling is plus
  • Must know about the Technologies and benefits of using it
  • Must have MBA With IT, MBA, Or It Field
