Job Description

Job Title: Client Partner - IT Services for ANZ Market

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Client Partner with a strong sales background in the ANZ market to drive revenue generation and business development for our IT Services division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on IT Services, and a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to new prospects.

2. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure, with a focus on hunting (80%) and account management (20%).

3. Utilize 360-degree sales exposure to qualify leads and drive new business.

4. Build and maintain a contact database through LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.

5. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales processes and effective communication.

6. Achieve a revenue target of approximately $1 million per year.

7. Generate business across mid and large enterprise segments through online and offline channels.

8. Manage email communication and drive campaign objectives using online and social media channels.

9. Oversee database management, identifying key prospects and managing data churn.

10. Implement account-based marketing strategies to engage existing leads with relevant content. 11. Maintain a minimum of 30 cold calls per day and manage a team of lead generators, providing support and guidance in their daily activities.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the ANZ region.

2. Proven success in IT Services sales.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build genuine rapport.

4. Solid experience in lead generation, cold calling, and account management.

5. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.

6. Experience in managing a team of lead generators.

7.MBA from a top B School.
