Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in Cloud, Digital Transformation and Digital Assurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new business and customers in the North America region. Secondary skills in customer engagement and customer relationship management are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new business and customers in the North America region.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their needs, and pain points in the areas of Cloud / Data & Analytics / Automation / Testing.
- Nurture rolodex leads, Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and nurturing leads.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales materials, proposals, and customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the areas of focus.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing continuous support and solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and drive customer engagement and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, customer success, and ongoing account management.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and customer acquisition in the Cloud, Digital Transformation, Digital Assurance.
- Strong understanding of the North America market and experience in selling to customers in this region.
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the areas of focus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
