We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our clientele network.
- Position: Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various portals such as Upwork, freelancer, guru, also do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media when require.- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts that meet client requirements and company standards.- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software or Excel sheet and provide regular reports to management.
Strong understanding of IT services AND technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
