Package: 10 lac-18 lac pe year+ incentive

Candidates must be self-starters and willing to work with the Senior leadership team. Experience in interaction with Vendors like VMware, Microsoft, Adobe, SentinelOne, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Netskope, Veritas, Veeam etc would be preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing solutions in Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage & Back up, Cloud solutions, Manpower deployment etc. The candidate must possess skills in new customer acquisition and retention. The salesperson should be an order maker and not an order taker. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for sales management and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible & sensitive to Monthly Revenue & Gross Margin Goals.

Capable of identifying new opportunities & work closely with OEM & vendors

Identifies current and future requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential customers.

Provides product, service, or technical information by answering questions and requests.

Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.

Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating value for products in their business and operations improvements.

Self-development by proactively taking technical information and training.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications &, Experience:

נExcellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and Inside sales representatives.

נGraduate and above with a strong flair for business knowledge on how to grow and capture new business.

נSelling experience in a similar industry 4 years & above of industry experience

נFamiliarity with IT products & its solutioning.

Result-oriented, target-driven driven and able to think out of the box.

  • Ability to understand the business dynamics and think of new ways to sell the company products & services.
  • Salary Negotiable, as per industry standards, Incentives on Gross Margins
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
