Job Overview :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing a sales strategy. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for leading a sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Set sales targets and goals and create plans to meet and exceed them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products or services and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Utilize various marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
3.Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet individual and collective goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing departments.
4.Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Implement systems to monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales and marketing strategies.
5.Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
6.Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and finance, to ensure a coordinated approach to business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
