Position Purpose:
The role focuses on acquiring new clients, forming strategic partnerships, and managing projects related to technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization of injectable & Ophthalmic products. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with specific expertise in CDMO/CDO services to ensure the successful execution of client projects, from initial concept till project deliverables.

Key Deliverables:
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify and target potential clients in both regulated and semi-regulated markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Visiting client offices and participating in various expos and conferences to generate business leads and foster new client relationships.
Project Management
- Oversee and manage projects related to technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization of injectable products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
Market Expansion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand CDMO services into new markets and regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt services and offerings to meet market demands.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry practices to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
Financial Performance
- Develop and manage budgets for CDMO projects, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor project financials and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy or a related field.; with 5-10 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific expertise in CDMO/CDO services.
- Strong understanding of technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization processes for injectable & Ophthalmic products.
- The candidate should be well-versed in handling and executing all types of business agreements necessary to finalize any deal and ensure smooth business operations.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, having strong professional networking, business development, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in regulated and semi-regulated markets. Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements relevant to injectable products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill.
