We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the US region for our reputable outsourcing company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing, along with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success by building and nurturing client relationships while achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Strategy:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends within the outsourcing industry in the US region.
o Develop a comprehensive business development strategy and plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Utilize your expertise in lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.
o Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and more.
- Cold Calling and Communication:
o Execute effective cold calling campaigns to introduce our services and solutions to potential clients.
o Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Mass Mailing Campaigns:
o Develop and manage targeted mass mailing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
o Create engaging email content and collateral to capture the attention of potential clients and promote our services.
- Client Relationship Management:
o Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
o Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Negotiation and Sales Closure:
o Lead negotiation efforts to close deals and secure new business contracts.
o Develop pricing proposals and contracts that align with both client expectations and company profitability.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
o Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and senior management, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company goals.
o Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in business development within the outsourcing or related industry, with a focus on lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing.- Strong understanding of the US market and its business landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, contract closure, and achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 60,000.00 - 90,000.00 per month
