The Business Development Manager role is a sales position focused primarily on bringing in new clients, with some responsibilities in account development within existing clients as well. We are looking for fun, charismatic, highly energetic, business-minded people with a strong desire to sell and meet client needs. Your responsibilities

  • You proactively identify new customers and effectively manage business relationships in your territory.
  • Your primary goal is to identify client needs and close deals, including enterprise accounts. Everything, from initial contact to qualification, as well as building long-term business relationships.
  • Through several compelling and thought-provoking presentations, online demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings each week, you will drive sales growth.
  • In this role, you will prepare and send quotes and proposals while documenting customer and sales activities in CRM.
  • Understanding customers needs and responding with the right solutions is key to success.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food and Beverage space or relevant experience in the industry.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in consultative and solution-oriented sales/hunting experience
  • Preferably B2B sales experience (food and beverage industry experience is a plus).
  • Availability to travel and visit clients, domestic and abroad
  • Excellent English language skills: fluency in another language is highly appreciated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work tasks
