Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager for Information Technology Services, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our IT services division. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, effective sales leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth in the IT services sector.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the overall sales strategy for IT services.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

Oversee the creation of comprehensive and compelling proposals for IT services.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure proposals align with client needs.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Implement corrective actions and strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Information Technology Services industry.

In-depth knowledge of IT services and solutions.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
