Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager at Impossible Transformations. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and create innovative strategies to drive revenue growth. This role involves both onsite work in Pune and flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field specially in the area of Leadership Training, OD, culture, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
