About the Role
Market Research & Strategy Development
- Conduct research to identify business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets, assess client needs, and track industry trends.
- Develop tailored strategies to target B2B clients (s, institutions, and corporations) and B2C clients (individual learners).
- Monitor competitor activity across both segments to inform and refine strategies.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Proactively generate leads in both B2B and B2C segments through various channels.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations, tailoring approaches for each segment.
- Drive lead conversion from prospecting to closing deals, meeting monthly and quarterly targets for both B2B and B2C.
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, training organizations, and corporate clients for B2B partnerships.
- Engage with B2C clients through networking and events to promote iJaipuria's offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing on partnership proposals and sales collateral suitable for B2B and B2C audiences.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Provide sales forecasts and assist in budget planning for both segments.
- Update senior management on development activities, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Training
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of iJaipuria's offering to effectively communicate value to both B2B and B2C clients.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven success in lead generation and achieving sales targets in B2B and B2C segments
- Analytical mindset for understanding market trends and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis
Preferred Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 - 10 years in business development or sales with B2B and B2C experience, ideally in the edu-tech sector.
