Business Development Manager

Nova Exhibitions & Conferences, founded in 2018, is the organizer of iDAC Expo, a leading summit in the build industry. iDAC brings together global B2B professionals and experts from construction, architecture, and design. With a community of over 22,000 B2B industry professionals, including architects, interior designers, manufacturers, MEP consultants, service consultants, and builders, we aim to #CreateTheChange and contribute to building a better society.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at iDAC Expo, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the build industry and familiarity with construction, architecture, and design
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
