Job Responsibility:-
Market Development through Architects/Interior Designers:-
1. Key Account Management for the Architects and Interior Designers in the defined geography through a team of 1-3 Business Development Executives (BDEs).
2. Doing a segmentation and ensuring that the team builds in close relationships with the Architects / Interior Designers
3. Having a segmented approach to tap the potential market
4. Ensuring that there is a high level of engagement through exhibitions, new products, and events
5. Ensuring follow-ups in terms of samples, recommending products, training of their applicators, knowledge sharing with their team and troubleshooting at any site.
6. Giving a very high level of premium service and thereby ensuring that they specify our products over a larger surface area and to move them up the value chain
7. Visiting all the key Arch / IDs regularly along with the team
Ensuring all contractors of A/ID are registered on ICC program
8. Own a set of premium /OL Arch/ID 25 to 30 and lead by example by converting them through innovative and out of box thinking
9. Identifying the critical/burning issues of the Region affecting market development & take immediate action to overcome the same with Regional Sales Manager
10. Ensuring any issue raised by them is resolved by collaborating with the Sales Officers and the Technical Team
11. Follow market trends and give feedback to Marketing team.
Market Development through HNI Customers:-
Reaching out to HNI customers with the help of the Sales team
2. Helping the team to handle all HNI customers for their site related requirements
3. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction which should result in a high recommendation from them
4. Taking permissions where possible for a photoshoot and to use the images with their permissions.
Team Management:-
1. Induction of BDE(s)
2. Reviewing the BDE(s) on the KPIs regularly
3. Regular market working, coaching, and training of the team
4. Analyzing the training needs of the BDE and giving inputs to HO about the same
5. Ensuring the entire team is very high on technical expertise through regular training
6. Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver a superlative performance
7. Troubleshooting and debottlenecking to help the team in delivering results
