  • Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion within our hygiene chemical business segment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the hygiene chemical industry and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence in the hygiene chemical market, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and objectives, providing guidance and support to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes, staying informed of best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on hygiene chemicals or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of hygiene chemical products, applications, and industry regulations is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: 18,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
