Hydromo, a leading company in the water and environmental solutions sector, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting the pre-sales process. You will be required to conduct business development calls, screen potential clients, schedule visits, and interact with architects and clients to discuss potential new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
BD Calls & Screening:
Conduct outbound business development calls to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Screen and qualify leads based on their requirements and align them with Hydromo's offerings.
Document and track client interactions, follow-up schedules, and business development progress.
Pre-Sales Customer Relationship:
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients during the pre-sales phase.
Provide prospective clients with relevant information and services to help them make informed decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations based on client needs.
Scheduling Visits Hyderabad:
Schedule and manage client and prospect visits, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on scheduled meetings.
Organize site visits and attend meetings with clients in Hyderabad to support project discussions and needs assessment.
New Projects Random Site Visits:
Conduct unplanned site visits to various locations as needed, ensuring you understand project requirements and client needs firsthand.
Work closely with project managers and technical teams to identify new opportunities for project engagement and partnerships.
Architect Meets
Collaborate with the key stakeholder, Nandita, to meet with architects, builders, and project developers to discuss new and ongoing projects.
Build professional relationships with architects and industry professionals to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the environmental or infrastructure sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for site visits and meetings.
Experience with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
