Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our recruitment services.

Experience 12 years to 15 years

Salary is negotiable.

  • Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our recruitment services.
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries and sectors, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, hiring managers, and key stakeholders while driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of recruitment projects.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Requirements:**
  • A proven track record of success in business development and sales within the recruitment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex recruitment concepts to clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
