- Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our recruitment services.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries and sectors, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, hiring managers, and key stakeholders while driving revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of recruitment projects.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Requirements:**
- A proven track record of success in business development and sales within the recruitment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers.
