Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- End-to-End Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our doorstep EV charging solutions.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.
- Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measure key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in closing high ticket B2B sales and partnerships, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Proven Financial acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solutions as per the client's need
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational, team, and time management abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
