Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Partnership leader to play a pivotal role in building our sales function and driving revenue growth. If you are an experienced and results-driven sales professional with a passion for building, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • End-to-End Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our doorstep EV charging solutions.

  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.

  • Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our offerings.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.

  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measure key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in closing high ticket B2B sales and partnerships, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven Financial acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solutions as per the client's need
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, team, and time management abilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
