Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
