Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing strategies to increase sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Handling Liasoning/ Relationship Building Activities with Architects , Contractors , Institutions etc to generate Business Leads
  • Liasioning with government departments eg. CPWD, PWD, MES, Railways, etc
  • Concept Selling
  • Box Selling
  • Business Planning with the Reporting Manager
  • Calling and Follow ups to keep a track of upcoming Projects
  • Customer Meetings
  • Updating the Reporting Manager on his/her Business Activities
  • Site Visits on the ongoing Projects as and when required
  • Order Execution
  • Coordination/ Communication with HO
  • Daily Sales Connect with supervisor
  • Weekly Performance Reviews
  • Attending Monthly Team Meeting/ Trainings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of the acoustic industry and products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
