Job Description

Business Development Executive

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain high product knowledge and provide after-sales services

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in membership sales and key account management (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the barter industry (a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as required
