Business Development Executive
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Attend networking events and industry conferences
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives
- Maintain high product knowledge and provide after-sales services
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in membership sales and key account management (desirable)
- Knowledge of the barter industry (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
