Role: Software Development Engineer L1
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE L1) specializing in ASP.NET to join our growing team. As an SDE II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web-based applications using ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies. You will work alongside a talented team of developers, contributing to the evolution of our web applications and services

Key Responsibilities:- ASP.NET Development: Design, build, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework.
- Database Design: Work with databases (SQL Server or others), including writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and understanding relational database design.
- Frontend Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate web services and ensure seamless data flow between the back-end and user interfaces.
- System Architecture: Contribute to system design discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- API Development: Develop RESTful services and integrate third-party APIs where necessary, ensuring robust and secure communication between systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in performance and recommend solutions, ensuring the applications are highly performant and responsive.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, modular code adhering to industry best practices. Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality across the team.
- Testing & Documentation: Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code and system design.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers, guiding them on best coding practices, design patterns, and problem-solving techniques.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development with a focus on ASP.NET, C#, and the .NET Framework.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and front-end technologies.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and experience deploying .NET applications in cloud environments is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation:
Salary Range: 6-8 Lakh per year, based on experience and qualifications.
