This role is ideal for someone with experience in the IT services industry who understands how to position a company to win competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
• Develop compelling, high-quality profiles and resumes for engineers and other technical staff.
• Regularly update profiles to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and competitive.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and effectively present our capabilities to clients.
• Strategically submit proposals to maximize chances of project awards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of solid experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role.
• Previous experience working in an IT service company is mandatory.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining high-quality profiles on freelance platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple profiles efficiently.
