Business Development Manager Gunjan IVF World

Location: Indrapuram, Ghaziabad
Experience:5+ years in business development or sales, ideally in healthcare or IVF.
Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Reports To: Founders / Centre Head
Job Responsibilities:
Business Growth: Drive business growth by doing strategic tie ups with doctors in different cities.
Strategic Planning: Identify prospective locations for new centers to drive business growth, while expanding market reach and enhancing brand visibility.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to shape effective business strategies.
OPD Tie-Ups: Establish and maintain OPD partnerships to increase patient footfall, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and prepare performance reports for management
Offline Marketing: Oversee offline marketing initiatives, including hoardings, print advertisements, and other promotional activities.
Camps & CMEs: Organize and coordinate health camps, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and community outreach events to increase brand awareness.
Skills
- Ability to forge strong relationship with doctors and other practitioners in new territories.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives to successful completion and achieve business objectives.
- Ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to effectively manage the team to achieve business objective.
