Business Development Manager

We seek an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our Technology/Innovations. The goal is to drive sustainable growth and forge strong relationships with Innovators. The ideal candidate would be an MBA graduate with 1+ years of experience in working with or for start-up incubation/ innovation management. We expect him/her to be well versed in market research and developing business plans/project proposals, scaling up and commercializing projects/innovations into an enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing business plans/project proposals, scaling up and commercialization of projects/innovations into an enterprise

Arrange meetings with start-ups and innovators.

Identify, evaluate, and track opportunities for lead generation like events, conferences, and seminars. Also, participate in such forums as and when required Engagement.

Support the development of impactful project proposals for CSR projects for corporations and donor organizations

Lead proposal development process by engaging with Consulting, Innovation,

Conduct market research and document best practices, and specialized solutions, and integrate them while developing impactful proposals

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Master's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study with 1+ years of Business Development experience.

Good interpersonal, facilitating, and influencing skills to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders

Able to conceptualize, work independently, be resourceful, numeric, and analytical with a - hands-on- disposition. Has an open mindset that is attuned to the evolving business needs and dynamism of the organization

Excellent interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management experience.

Excellent planning, time, and project management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time and deal with ambiguity
