Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at GSInfotechvis located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Experience : More Than 5 Years
Education : Any Graduate, MBA Marketing/LLB/MPM/MSW
Work Location : Pune & Baramati
Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Time : 09 AM To 06 PM

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange Meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Site Survey & Understanding client needs.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding all type and developing new markets and improving Outsourcing
- Manpower. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Training to manager and supervisor category Prepare Presentation.

- Maintain Clients Relation.
- Site Upkeep, Maintenance & Operation
- Monitoring competitor's activities, New Business Strategies.
- Conducting Study of Sales Promotion Plan & Working on Considering
- Consumer Preference to Drive Business Volumes.
- Coordinated with Corporate Client for Contractual Add and Agreement.
- Analyzing Reviewing and Interpreting Market Competition after In-Depth Analysis of Market Information.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
