Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization and contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Meeting with customers/clients face to face, make cold calls and be connected over the phone for generating the leads and converting the lead into a business order.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Think strategically - Seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Discuss & execute promotional strategy and activities with the digital marketing department
  • Negotiate pricing with customers.
  • Generating business through online portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, freelancer, Fiverr etc

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Work experience in the Event Management, Corporate Gifting & other related fields will be an added advantage
  • Strong performer should meet or exceed the given targets.
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
  • Negotiating skills
  • Excellent MS Office Skills in Documentation, Spreadsheet, PPT skills
  • Product Demo & Presentation Skills.
  • Account Management, Client relationship, Proposal Making & Sales Negotiation.
  • Added advantage if you have Digital Marketing & social media Skills, like SEO, SMM
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
  • Teamwork, Adaptability & Creativity is essential.

Working details:

  • Salary: 10K (Net-take home salary) based on your experience.
  • High rate of Performance-based incentives, can earn up to 1 lakh per month.
  • Working days & hours: Mon-Fri, Any 6 hours, preferably morning slot
  • Work form office.
