Job Summary
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth for GiGa-Ops Global Solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio within the IT consulting domain. Your focus will be on developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to our brand's market presence in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a robust business development strategy to identify potential clients, partners, and projects. Utilize networking, industry events, and market research to drive lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs to provide tailored IT consulting solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Create, maintain, and expand a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools. Track and report on key metrics, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Proposal Development & Presentations: Collaborate with the technical and project teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position GiGa-Ops as a leader in the IT consulting space.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and project management teams, to ensure seamless delivery and support to clients.
- Brand Building: Represent GiGa-Ops at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and establish a strong market presence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT consulting or related services.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT consulting or technology services industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
