FreshBox Media, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth for FreshBox Media.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and
lead generation. - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions that
meet their objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams including account managers, designers, and developers to develop proposals and
presentations that effectively communicate FreshBox Medias value proposition. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients and
internal teams. - Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and updating CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully closing new business deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop solutions that meet client objectives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
