Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at New Delux Logistics Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strategic business relationships, and expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and clients within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.

Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and support to clients.
  • Skills & Requirements

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, negotiate contracts, and present proposals.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decisions.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.

  • 00 - 50,000.00 per month
