We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the job market context of India. This role will require the successful candidate to identify new business opportunities and develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market
Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and areas of growth
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and meetings
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in a similar role in the job market context of India
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Understanding of sales and marketing principles
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions
