Job Responsibilities:
· Review potential and existing business partners to ensure their strategic and financial fit with the company.
· Marketing companys services to prospective business partners.
· Responsible for sourcing, closing new acquisitions and ensure lighthouse wins.
· Negotiating contract terms and lead partner onboarding.
· Ensure continued growth and profitability by creating long term acquisition strategies.
· Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
· Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
Key Competencies:
· 5-8 years of relevant sales/BD experience.
· Should have worked on partner management for at least 3 years and comfortable working in a matrix structure.
· Ability to handle several projects, vendors and contracts simultaneously.
· Strong leadership and team building.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
· Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, and ability to multitask.
